About me

I work where technology, business and customers meet.

My path has been shaped by a question that evolved over time: how technology, data and customer understanding can support better decisions and create capabilities that produce real value.

Commerce was the starting point. Transformation expanded the question.

A significant part of my professional path developed around digital commerce: strategy, platforms, experiences, operations and growth.

Working in that territory taught me that a digital experience never depends on the interface alone.

It depends on product, data, processes, decisions, teams and the organization’s ability to fulfil what it promises.

Over time, the question moved beyond how to sell more effectively through digital channels.

It began to include how to understand customers better, connect fragmented signals, personalize with relevance, strengthen relationships and embed intelligence into daily operations.

AI accelerated that evolution.

Not because it replaces the previous questions, but because it expands what organizations can interpret, decide and execute.

Today, I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital commerce, customer intelligence, loyalty and business transformation.

I do not see these as separate disciplines.

I see them as parts of the same system: turning technological possibilities into decisions, experiences and business capabilities.

I am not interested in technology as an isolated novelty. I am interested in its implications.

From pilots to capabilities

What it takes for AI to move beyond isolated experiments and become part of workflows, decisions, responsibilities and measurable outcomes.

From data to customer intelligence

How identity, memory, context and behavior can help an organization interpret signals more effectively and respond with greater relevance.

From digital storefront to decision system

How discovery, product data, search, conversation, personalization and operations are reshaping commerce before, during and after the purchase.

From program to relationship

How retention and loyalty are built through recognition, value exchange, timing, fulfilment and learning over time.

Technology creates possibilities. Business capabilities create value.

A tool can accelerate a task.

A model can detect a pattern.

An agent can execute an action.

But none of those possibilities transforms an organization on its own.

Value appears when technology connects with a real problem, reliable information, explicit judgment, workflows, ownership, adoption and learning.

That is why I try to look beyond the launch or initial demonstration.

I am interested in understanding:

Which decision changes. Which capability is being built. Who can operate it. How it is governed. Which outcome it is meant to produce. How it learns over time.

This perspective also shapes how I think about customer relationships.

More automation does not always create greater relevance.

More data does not always create better understanding.

More activity does not always create loyalty.

The quality of a capability becomes visible through the decisions it enables and the consistency with which it can sustain them.

Writing is a way to turn signals into judgment.

I write to organize ideas, connect news with business implications and make visible the patterns that often remain fragmented across technology, strategy and operations.

I do not try to explain every new tool or react to every announcement.

I prefer to select changes that may alter how an organization competes, decides, learns or builds customer relationships.

LinkedIn is the main place where I publish and engage in conversation.

This website gives that thinking a more permanent structure: it connects the territories, develops the central theses and places each idea within a broader perspective.

An architecture of ideas, not a collection of posts.

The Thinking section brings together interpretations of news, cases and market signals.

The Expertise pages develop four central territories:

AI & Business Transformation. Digital Commerce. Customer Intelligence. Loyalty & Retention.

The objective is not to present final answers.

It is to build a clear, revisable and useful point of view on what is changing and which capabilities organizations may need.

The strongest ideas improve through conversation.
